Boost Your Metabolism with Food! – Monday, February 7th
Looking for ways to maximize your metabolism? Join us for dinner as we create three delicious dishes that focus on protein, fiber, and healthy fats that are chock full of vitamins and minerals crucial for energy metabolism.
We’ll be preparing a blackened salmon using a homemade seasoning mix that you can take to use at home. We’ll make a roasted red curry vegetable dish that features warming spices, healthful fats, and fiber—plus important anti-inflammatory components. To top it off, we’ll make a nutritious raw kale salad featuring a Mediterranean-inspired tahini dressing.
