Cooking for Mental Health – Remote Zoom Class
Join us from the comfort of your home for a Zoom cooking session, where we expand upon Dr. Kanodia’s May series about Biohacking your mental health. In this session, we will prepare a meal (and even a dessert!) that is full of brain-healthy fats and nutrients, and we will share some easy and delicious meal planning strategies to help you feel mentally prepared to take on a busy work week!
On the menu is a sheet pan salmon dish perfect for meal prepping, an Asian rainbow slaw full of phytonutrients, and a refreshing Omega-3-rich dessert.

Feel free to join us to simply watch, interact, and ask your questions to Christina, our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Session recording and recipes will be sent to participants to watch at your convenience.
