The KanodiaMD team goes an extra step to care during emergencies
Daniel was suffering from auto brewery syndrome for a long time. He was not getting better and was only getting worse. He was sleeping for 20 hours a day, was on disability, and had lost his job.
One day, someone called his wife and told her there was a doctor on the Dr. Phil show and he was sharing about treating auto brewery syndrome. His wife watched the entire show and then immediately contacted Dr. Kanodia’s office.
One of the first things the KanodiaMD team worked on with Daniel was to provide ozone treatments. Nicole, the nurse at KanodiaMD, explained all the benefits, especially in the long-term. At first, Daniel was a skeptic and did not believe it would do anything for him. Over time, his view changed completely.
A year since he started seeing Dr. Kanodia, his lifestyle has changed. “I feel exponentially better,” he stated enthusiastically. He can sleep normal hours, his diet has improved significantly, and he found a new job. He added, “I stick to my strict diet, which means no more bread and carbohydrates. I eat only grass-fed steak instead of regular steak and I only drink water.” Overall, the symptoms of the disease which made him feel intoxicated no longer exist.
“I am thankful for the entire team at KanodiaMD. Nicole has a way of putting everyone at ease. Dr. Kanodia is very good at what he does, and extremely intelligent. He has a great way of assuring his patients that everything will be okay,” Daniel mentioned.
However, the one thing that stands out most in Daniel’s mind is when he asked Dr. Kanodia whether he will ever be 100% again. Dr. Kanodia’s response was, “Well that will be up to you Daniel, though I will give you all the tools you need,” in a matter-of-fact tone. According to Daniel, Dr. Kanodia was right. As Daniel has maintained his diet, treatment, and supplements, he has only gotten better and better.
Daniel stated how lucky he is that the care team at KanodiaMD has been available for him and his wife during urgent situations. He elaborated, “Late one night, I started having unexpected flares and could not drive. My wife texted Nicole who responded immediately and advised us to go to the hospital. While at the hospital, Nicole was constantly in touch with my wife and the healthcare team to ensure I would get the care I needed. Even in such unexpected circumstances, I could rely on the staff at KanodiaMD.”
